Catherine is Chief People Officer at Ardevora, a global equities asset management specialist.

Catherine joined Ardevora in February 2019 to develop a people strategy aligned to the firm’s purpose and commitment to creating a responsible working environment.

Catherine is a Strategic People Practitioner who specialises in building firms people knowledge and learning capabilities. Catherine has 25 years’ experience in developing, aligning, and implementing people strategy within Professional Services businesses in the UK and internationally. She has had deep experience of working in scaling businesses and has been a Board, Remuneration Committee and an Executive team member for over 15 years.

Catherine has a Masters Degree in Philosophy and Social Administration from the University of Exeter, is Holocracy One trained and is a non-executive director of the GAET Education Trust.
