Clare joined Ardevora in May 2020 as Chief Administrative Officer. Clare has over 25 years’ of experience in the management of partnerships and services businesses. Her broad experience includes the leadership and management of marketing, HR, learning and development, internal communications, IT, knowledge management and facilities. After starting her career in professional services marketing, Clare joined Deloitte as a management consultant, followed by a number of management roles in HR, learning and development and internal communications. She was Chief of Staff to the Global Chairman and UK CEO of Deloitte before joining the law firm Taylor Wessing as COO. She then spent several years as a freelance consultant, including projects with law firms and emerging new service businesses and six months embedded with the Equipment Department in Army HQ supporting them to develop a new communications strategy. Before joining Ardevora, she was Interim COO of OC&C Strategy Consultants. Clare has a degree in English from New College, University of Oxford.
